First Watch- Overview
First Watch Cafe serves breakfast every day from Monday to Sunday. The nautical name of the restaurant refers to the early risers which take the first shift role. First Watch is also known for making fresh, healthy, delicious food that is never pre-prepared. This restaurant chain operates only between 7 a.m. & 2:30 p.m.
The History of First Watch
First Watch Cafe was established in 1983. Since then, it has become a popular breakfast spot with over 250 locations across the United States. First Watch’s headquarters is in Bradenton, Florida. But you can locate First Watch restaurants across the United States, from the Midwest to the West Coast, and everything in between. The Egg and I restaurant is owned by First Watch, specializing in quick-serve breakfast. First Watch is known for its Floridian French Toast, The Elevated Egg Sandwich, and Chickichanga. Customers are also treated to a whole pot of coffee upon their arrival.

First Watch Honest Review
First Watch exceeded all expectations. You can order take-out online from any of their locations or via the app. I hope to return soon! Although they have a lot of restaurants in the area, this was my first time visiting one. We tried their breakfast menu. The server was amiable and responsive. The server was very familiar with the menu. You can find classic breakfast options and more sophisticated recipes like barbacoa quesadilla Benedict and ricotta lemon curd pancakes.
