Crab Du Jour launched its first restaurant in 2019 and is located in Raleigh, North Carolina. The chain has more than 30 locations in 15 states: Pennsylvania, Delaware, New Jersey, New York, Connecticut, and South Carolina. The company appears to be growing by a third. It has nearly three dozen locations marked as “coming soon” on its website, including in Philadelphia in Norristown, Cherry Hill, Whitehall, and Wilmington.
