As such, a recent study published by Beyond Infinity showed that 76% of Iphone users felt safe and satisfied using their device. Of these respondents, 20% reported that they felt safe storing passwords and personal information in the iCloud Keychain, whereas in comparison, only 13% of Android users said they felt safe using Google’s password manager.
Similar results were found when asking respondents how they felt about using Apple’s iCloud, with 27% feeling confident in the product, whereas 22% felt confident using Google Drive. While the results seem marginal, it can make a big difference to the success of the product in such a competitive market.
Price
Price is a big contender when it comes to choosing a smartphone, in which it can often be the determining factor overall. Apple positions their product as a premium device, and as such, the price tag also reflects this. Apple users pay anywhere from $500 up for a new iPhone, whereas Android has a lot more options with cheaper models starting at just $100.
When purchasing a cheap Android phone, you often get what you pay for. However, there are also premium Android devices such as the Google Pixel and Samsung Galaxy, with their latest models costing much more than an iPhone.
