Dickey’s BBQ- Overview
Dickey’s BBQ Pit offers slow-smoked barbecue made in the traditional southern style. They are known for fast-serving barbecues made from their original recipes. The History of Dickey’s BBQ
Travis Dickey initially launched Dickey’s BBQ Pit in 1941 in Dallas, Texas. The concept was in the spirit of the founder’s passion for authentic slow-smoked barbecue. It boasts more than 600 locations across the US. Each is part of the fight against crime within their communities via the chain’s Barbecue Boots & Badges Foundation.

Dickey’s BBQ Honest Review
The atmosphere is what I’d expect from an informal fast-casual restaurant: hard seating and a queue for the food you order and deliver at your tables.
The food is excellent for the price and is enough to satisfy your need for a quick BBQ. The meats are soft and juicy if you purchase their top sellers.
I would suggest the Beef Brisket Sandwich and the brisket or ribs, depending on the type of meat you want. Also, you will be awed by their barbecue beans and baked potato salad.
Food is served quickly; however, lines can get lengthy at specific times. Of course, you should expect the service staff to be welcoming and helpful.
